It’s official—Tri-County Contracting is growing! We’re incredibly excited to announce that our second location will be opening in Janesville, WI on July 1, 2025 at 1352 Excalibur Dr. This expansion is a big step for our team, and we’re beyond grateful to be able to grow in a way that allows us better to serve even more homeowners and businesses across southern Wisconsin.

Why Janesville?

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with amazing customers throughout New Berlin and nearby communities. As our business continued to grow, we started hearing from folks in Rock County and beyond—people looking for a contractor they could trust for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and more.

We chose Janesville because it felt like the right fit. It’s a strong, close-knit community with a growing need for reliable exterior home services. We’re thrilled to become a local resource for high-quality craftsmanship and straightforward, friendly service—the same kind of care our New Berlin customers know and love.

Starting July 1, you’ll be able to stop in and see a wide selection of shingles, vinyl siding, and LP SmartSide colors on display.
