NorthGate ClimateFLEX Roofing in Moire Black
The existing roof was replaced with NorthGate ClimateFLEX shingles in Moire Black. The deep black color gives the roof a clean, defined appearance and creates a strong contrast against the home’s lighter siding and trim.
Moire Black also works well with a wide range of exterior colors, which made it a natural fit for the other updates completed during this project. The finished roof helps tie together the home’s gables, peaks, and overall roofline.
LP SmartSide Siding in Pelican
LP SmartSide siding in Pelican was installed across the exterior, along with white trim around the windows, doors, corners, and rooflines. The soft gray siding adds depth without making the home feel too dark, while the white trim brings out its architectural details.
This color combination gives the house a fresh, polished appearance that still feels timeless. Coordinating the siding with the new black roof also helped create a more balanced exterior from top to bottom.
New ProVia Windows and Patio Doors
The project also included the installation of 18 ProVia Endure vinyl windows and two triple patio doors. Replacing the windows and patio doors as part of the larger exterior project helped create a more uniform look throughout the home.
The white window frames match the exterior trim and stand out clearly against the Pelican siding. The new patio doors also provide wide openings and plenty of natural light while fitting naturally into the updated design.
