Sun Tunnels: To brighten dim areas inside the home, we installed two Velux Sun Tunnels, which allow natural light to filter into spaces like closets and hallways.
Chimney and Exterior: We removed the outdated stone on the chimney and lower level and replaced it with LP SmartSide in French Gray. We paired this with Sand-colored trim boards around the windows and at the corners for a sleek, modern look.
Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters: We wrapped the soffit and fascia in aluminum in color Wicker and upgraded the gutters to 6” with matching Wicker-colored aluminum. We also installed LeafBlaster Pro Gutter Guards to prevent clogging, ensuring maintenance-free gutters for years to come.
Patio Doors: We also installed two Marvin Elevate patio doors, which add both style and functionality to the home’s outdoor access points.
